Reports

Lets Inventory have a reputation for accurate attention to detail without the waffle!

Reports should be easy to read and so a format has been evolved which, it is hoped, covers all these things effectively and efficiently.

Reports come in three forms:

  1. Inventory (the Make) with integrated Check In/Schedule of Condition at start of tenancy – one visit

  2. The Check In – second visit, if required, and accompanied by the incoming Tenant and/or their representative

  3. The Check Out – final inspection at end of tenancy

Photographs

Each report produced will have a back up photo file.

For each Make/Schedule of Condition, there will be a selection of overview photos included of each room.

For Check Outs, photos are taken in order to show if there are any damages or areas of concern.
