When instructed, Lets Inventory will carry out regular mid-tenancy inspections by arrangement with the Landlord and Tenant.
These mid-tenancy inspections will ensure that everything is running smoothly with the tenancy and identify any changes to the condition of the property, its fixtures or fittings.
A non-conflicting report is then compiled enabling the Landlord to ensure the property is well maintained during the tenancy and will specify if any works or repairs are required.
